1.1 Now we can offer the Worldwide&Hassle free shipping service to our customers. We will arrange your shipment samedayonce confirmed your payment for our items. And we prefer to use World Express Shipping methods to deliver the item to you, directly from our warehouse.
1.2 To enhance customers' shopping experience, www.trioffer.com chooses the best shipping couriers as our cooperator to make sure you will receive your item in time. The choice of courier varies according to your order's destination. Currently we offer the follwing shipping methods.

Small orders are normally best suited to Air Mail. This is the cheapest and most commonly used option. This delivery method will be chosen during Checkout by default. Although you can not use this method if your order exceeds 20 USD (United States Dollars) or if the weight is over 1.0 lb(s).
For bulk orders we will pack the goods appropriately and economically in an attempt to save space and shipping costs.
For air express orders; after dispatch from our warehouse , the shipment is sent to the International Air Port which is then flown to your nearest major logistics hub. From there, the goods are sent to your local depot via your country's local courier service.
In rare cases the courier may need to contact you directly to confirm specific details for clearance paperwork. If any additional paperwork is required for delivery; www.trioffer.com will assist with and fill out the documents when necessary.
2.1 All orders must be paid for in full and in advance, including shipping fees. All shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the actual weight (kilograms) and/or the actual physical dimensionsof the goods and the recipients location. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in rare cases we arrange an incorrect delivery.
2.2 The Air Way Bill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a kg weight that is less than the shipping band you paid for. This happens when the item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions rather than weight. The prices depend on the different rates of shipping companies and are subject to change without notice. But We will try our best to reduce your cost.
2.3 If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen or damaged before receipt; we will arrange a re-shipment or a full refund immediately, at no further expense to you.
3.1 Not all shipping methods offer package tracking during shipment, so you should confirm that your selected method offers package tracking. When reviewing your tracking information, remember that all Orders are shipped from our warehouse.
3.2 Once we sent out your items, the tracking number will be sent to you via email. And it can be tracked on the courier system within 12 hours. If you happen to not receive this email, please check your junk email box or contact us for more information.
Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.

If a package is returned to our warehouse without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country.
If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery.
If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
www.trioffer.com offers a conditional 12 monthes guarantee from the date your product left our warehouse. And it's depends on the item you ordered, such as we will offer 12 monthes quality guaranteed for cell phones.
5.1 Non-Defective items
We are not responsible for all non-defective products.Please kindly check the detail product description before you place the orders.Non-defective items are not refundable.
Please note the Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5.2 Defective items
For orders that www.trioffer.com has determined to be defective, We will arrange for a same item replacement immediately. If an exact replacement is unavailable we will issue a full refund.
www.trioffer.com will inspect items that claims as defective. If item is not defective after testing, buyer will pay for shipping for re-send and transaction fees are not refundable for refund.
Approved replacement items will ship using the same shipment method and service level as specified in the original order. If you wishes to upgrade the shipping method, your item will only be charged the difference in the shipping services.
We do not ship out a replacement item until the defective item in question is received at our warehouse.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.
